Hi, I’m Andrew.

I’ve spent 15+ years in nonprofit and public sector finance, helping mission-driven organizations build smarter systems and modernize workflows. I’ve seen it all: outdated systems, spreadsheets that take hours to produce a simple number, and teams working way too hard just to keep up. My mission? To make nonprofit finance smarter, smoother, and—most importantly—less painful.

As the Founder of Finnovate for Good, I help organizations streamline operations, modernize systems, and make sure every dollar and staff hour aligns with your mission. I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves to untangle messy processes and show teams how to get the most out of technology without adding unnecessary cost.

I’ve also been a thought partner for nonprofit finance leaders, sharing insights on workflow and process automation. The nonprofit world is complicated, but if you’ve ever thought, “There has to be a better way,” there probably is. My job is to help you find it.

Outside of work, you may find me tinkering with a new workflow, figuring out a faster way to close the month, or chasing after two Certified Playtime Associates (Cassie & Wyatt, my kids).
